Shipping FAQ.
Small items are shipped UPS, larger items will be shipped by freight carrier.
For small items (less than 130 cubic inches boxed), we ship via UPS. The shipping charge will be the actual UPS shipping charge including insurance, plus a nominal fee for the packaging materials and handling.
For items too large to ship via UPS, we work with two companies:
TSC Moving offers very competitive rates for shipping furniture items via blanket wrap delivery with their fleet of trucks. Their quotes include pick up from our store, freight and inside delivery at the destination. Delivery times may be 2-4 weeks depending on the delivery destination. You can request a shipping quote online at http://www.tscmoving.com/quote by providing them with the dimensions of the piece and pick up/ destination zip codes. Their website also has detailed information about their blanket wrap services and delivery area. For example a large buffet shipped to Austin TX from Atlanta was quoted at $249.
Craters & Freighters is another company we use that specializes in packing, crating, and shipping. Their quotes include pick up, insurance coverage, packaging, crating, shipping and delivery. Unless requested, the quote is for curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means the delivery person/driver will NOT carry the item into your home. Inside delivery service is available but at an additional charge since a 2nd person needs to be on the truck. Delivery is within 7-10 BUSINESS days from the date they pick up at our store. Depending on the item and destination, shipping rates will start from $395 and up.

When an item is too large to ship via standard carrier (UPS / FEDEX) an item must be shipped with another company that specializes in large freight.

TSC Moving approximately 2- 4 weeks with a maximum delivery time of 6 weeks.
Craters & Freighters approximately 10 BUSINESS DAYS after pick up from our store.
Both companies will give you tracking number and advance calls before delivery.
